The four cases, and when to use them
UPPERCASE is for headings, labels and emphasis - use it sparingly, since it reads as shouting in messages. lowercase resets text that arrived in all caps. Title Case capitalizes each word and is the convention for headlines and titles. Sentence case capitalizes only the first letter after each period, question mark or exclamation - the normal way sentences are written.
